Carina,

There’s no need to install Chrome any more via wine. Now the Chromium project compiles just fine and works great on Ubuntu

Try Prism to run gmail and google docs callender ++ you can find it in add/remove software (synaptic).
(i think you need to enable third party resources in software sources).

you can use just fine now the chromium browser on ubuntu. it works pretty well

This looks really good. Im missing some features from the linux development version, like gears.

Too bad it’s missing https support. pretty much renders the browser useless if you cant login to secure websites like your webmail or google docs (which is what i plan on using it for)
